Sweet Dreams organic brown rice syrup is gluten-free, Contains no wheat, oats, barley or rye. It offers a distinctive sweetener which is wonderfully moderate and won t overpower foods and ingredients with which it is used. Use it in place of honey, molasses, or other syrups. Contains no artificial additives, stabilizers, or chemicals.

Made from a ground rice meal which is processed with a small amount of fungal enzymes (less than 1%). This converts the starches to natural sugars called maltoses. This is strained and cooked until it thickens.
