Mood (previously Mood Balance) by Nedley Health is a combination of SAMe and saffron. This new supplement can help to improve the brain’s ability to make serotonin, dopamine, and norepinephrine. Directions: Take one capsule daily for first week, may increase weekly to a maximum of 8 daily for desired effect.
